Abstract

The article seeks to rescue the theory of the sources of administrative law in order to contribute to the debate on the principle of legality. Part of the concept of legality and then analyzes the types of sources. It then examines the sources in kind, including sources legislated, the administrative, the jurisprudential and doctrinaire. It also discusses the problem of the custom in the administrative law, to the end, discuss the relationship of the sources with the implementation of the principle of legality in public administration.
