Abstract

The article presents a study on the involvement of Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS) in the integration of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3) and enterprise architecture. It mentions the system's storage, retrieval and update of information expected for IT Service Management (ITSM). It also notes that the Knowledge Management process of the infrastructure library and its model for the system may better store and retrieve architectures of such technological services.
