Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure users’ satisfaction of library services quality in university sector. The survey was conducted on 525 students who are economic majors, including business administration, banking and finance, accounting and auditing, commerce and tourism. We combined exploratory factor analysis with structural equation modeling (SEM) to develop the research model. The findings show five dimensions such as place, assurance, responsiveness, reliability and service information having positive impacts on users’ satisfaction for library services quality. The results also indicate differences in satisfaction levels between different groups with regard to gender and study time.
