The Framework of Start-up based Transportation Regulation in Indonesia

Abstract

The growing progress in the IT field itself has an impact on the changing pattern of people's lives, in Indonesia technological progress can be seen from the more start-ups created by the young generation, the start-up is used for the means of transportation. The start-up itself is used to facilitate the public to deal directly with the means of transportation. The problem that arises today is the absence of regulations governing the use of start-up in transportation, due to the current transportation regulations of the government, nothing is set about start-up, and it is not even existed in Indonesia. Therefore, it is required to have synergies from all stakeholders associated with this to have a meeting to make regulations so that the technological progress itself increasingly positive impact in the community.
