The sentiment analysis of IT sector employee evaluates the performance using K-means clustering. The analysis includes different functions such as personality of the employee, expression of the employee, and the behavior of the employee. The study forecasts the number of employees who will be promoted or designated and discharged based on their performance. This study assists in determining the inefficient employee, the magnitude of the inefficiency, and assisting in the elimination of inefficiencies using a relatively simple framework.
