Abstract

The purpose of this work is to assess the current trends of the Russian banking market and the internal potential of the banking system for its development. Results of the work – the possibilities of the internal potency of the banking system to expand long-term strategic positions associated with the introduction of innovative digital information and communication systems and products that ensure the effectiveness of interaction between customers and banks; the author’s approach to the definition of the concept of “customer focus” is formulated and the refined concept of “Bank marketing” as a system strategic integrator and innovator is introduced into scientific circulation.
