After any traumatic non-penetraiting injury of the eye the ocular damage is variable with undefined prognosis. Ocular ultrasound is specially useful with opaque media to evaluate the anatomical structures of the eye giving useful diagnostic clues for management. A case of non-penetrating eye injury with lens dislocation echographic images is shown in the present work.
