Intratesticular varicocele

Abstract

Extratesticular varicocele is a common condition occurring in 8-20% of normal adults. Intratesticular varicocele on the other hand is very rare and to the best of our knowledge only 8 cases have been reported so far in the literature. We present a case of intratesticular varicocele with concomitant extratesticular varicocele, with review of the literature on the subject.
