Abstract

Key Features: Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) can develop on any skin surface, but frequently seen on the legs. PG develops rapidly and can progress from painful nodule or pustules to ulcer. The patients may have systemic features such as fever, malaise, or joint pain. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
