Abstract

In the last decade, India's role in the global supply chains has been steadily increasing. A massive population coupled with a large talented workforce have made India attractive both as a market and a source. In this paper, we discuss the pitfalls and opportunities in effectively managing supply chains in India. We discuss topics that would interest multi-national firms and local Indian firms.
