Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to raise some reflections on the relationship between human rights and corruption from a theoretical perspective. The aim is to highlight the multi-offensive nature of corruption and its pernicious scope in the protection and exercise of human rights, particularly in relation to the obligations of public administration.
