For the future design of Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC), further developments in a multitude of disciplines and research areas are required. In this context, the breadth of interdisciplinary research work is enormous and the scientific field - not least because of the high level of interdisciplinarity - is quite confusing. In the discussion within the Ladenburg Discourse on Human-Robot Collaboration, it was agreed that guidelines for future research and development work would be very useful and would enable researchers to structure and position their work within the broad topic. Duplications and redundancies should be avoided, synergies and cooperation should be promoted.
