Abstract

This paper deals with the robust dissipative filter for a class of time-varying and time-delay T-S fuzzy descriptor systems with parameter uncertainties. The uncertainties in the system are time-varying and bounded. By simplifying the T-S fuzzy descriptor system to the time-delay system, and base on Lyapunov stability theory in stochastic differential equations, a sufficient condition on the existence of robust dissipative filters is derived. The designing problem of robust dissipative filters is turned into the solution problem of a set of coupled linear matrix inequalities. And then, the robust dissipative filtering problem of time-varying and time-delay T-S fuzzy descriptor systems can be solved in terms of a scaled dissipative filtering problem without uncertainties. © 2013 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
