Abstract

This article allows us to understand what learning disorders really are, which are present in our society, although it is not so widespread, new technologies are still distorting or leaving parents and teachers more confused, than what disorders really are. Learning, how to identify or derive them, and with scientific bases show that the use of new information and communication technologies, which are defined as a series of new technological means that range from hypertexts, multimedia, internet, virtual reality, satellite television, etc. Which revolve around telecommunications, computer science and audiovisual media, mainly among children and teenagers, who are currently inseparable from their cell phones and other smart devices, have as a consequence behavioral alterations that influence the process of learning, with the risk of confusing the diagnoses that are the disorders and because of the inappropriate use of the new technologies the children and teenagers are presenting learning problems usually to be confused with learning disorders, and this abuse of new technologies can become addiction until develops mental illness.
