Abstract

On the other hand, it is quite common to need to excise a segment of the penile urethra because of either failed hypospadias surgery in the past leaving behind extensively scarred poor quality tissue, or lichen sclerosus affecting a significant length, if not all, of the penile/pendulous urethra.
