The leadership style principles of the Saleh Children's Kindergarten in Malang, shows the ability of a leader to be able to influence and motivate teachers to be professional in their professional responsibilities as teachers. Teachers who understand that they must continue to hone, update and improve their competencies in line with advances in technology and information in the world of education. In this study, the background of a leader who is able to accommodate all the needs of teachers in a teacher professional development program with coaching techniques, a strategy implemented by exploring the potential of teachers to be able to solve all problems that arise in the learning process. The competence of leaders in an institution greatly determines the performance of teachers as human resources who have a role to design, implement and evaluate to achieve the expected learning objectives.
