Research of employment ability of new-generation migrant workers

Abstract

Based on China's special conditions, this paper point out the serious problems in employment ability of new-generation migrant workers in China, and put forward correspondingly countermeasures as follows: impart professional knowledge and skills; promote learning capacity; foster adaptive capacity; improve employment environment. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
