In this paper, using the principle of system dynamics to analyze the automotive enterprises, the system which supply chain performance index based on structure and function was established for automotive enterprises. Application of the basic flow rate into the tree modeling approach, the system dynamics model of automotive enterprises supply chain performance indicators was established, through the model and find out the influence of the relationship between performance variables, in order to carry on the system analysis to the supply chain performance, according to the results of the analysis suggestion to improve performance.
