Abstract

Norte de Santander has 747 bird species registered, that is, this region has 7.5% of the existing birds on earth. However, to date, there is no innovative development involving a process of research and survey of the ornithological digital record of any region of our department so that a tourist service provider can professionally and responsibly offer to the national or international market. Norte de Santander has 39.5% of the bird species recorded in the country, and Colombia has approximately 20% of the world's birds, being the number one in this biodiversity. The general purpose of this work is to develop an application of multimedia integration and digital communication to promote bird-based tourism through the characterization of a Digital Ornithological Inventory. The methodology used is based on the logical framework matrix with elements of the adjusted general methodology (AMM) for public investment projects, and the main results obtained are: the characterization of three (3) trails and more than 30 species of birds for communication and construction of the website pajareando.co and its integration with social networks Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok in image products in photography, audio podcasts and video as reels, IGTV, Facebook watch and vlog.
