Abstract

A simple system is described which allows a person with a complete paralysis of the lower limbs and the use of only one arm to drive. Another system, portable, allows a paraplegic person to adapt an automatic rented car in a very short time and thus enhances the possibilities of independence. © 1983, International Spinal Cord Society.
