Abstract

A study was made on the dependence of T//c on diverse parameters of the preparation process in order to find an optimum parameter set for the preparation of very thin high-T//c Nb//3Ge films. Because homogeneity of the films is another prerequisite for reproducible and position-independent properties of the microbridges fabricated from these films, this was therefore another important criterion for an optimum parameter set. 8 refs.
