Abstract

The neurological findings encountered in patients with Laron syndrome were headaches, few epileptic episodes not always related to hypoglycemia, low back pain probably connected with the spinal stenosis found in few patients. MR imaging revealed white matter pathology in some patients, leading to varying degrees of psychomotor disturbances. Two patients with diabetes mellitus developed neuropathy. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2011.
