This article aims to give Edmodo, didactic value because of the benefits for learners and teachers, changing the way of access and information management. The methodology used includes bibliographic data, deductive and inductive methods that together with the survey allowed to estimate the actions and perspectives of the students of the University of Guayaquil. Finally, this concludes in the majority acceptance to download the application on their cell phones despite the previous ignorance of the use of Edmodo.
