Abstract

Os primevos e universais sistemas de proteção social europeus sofreram sucessivas "reformas" ao longo da última década, que alteraram profundamente sua estrutura redistributiva e progressiva. Este artigo se dedica a compreender e mostrar as principais tendências de mudanças após as sucessivas manifestações da crise do capital que assolou os países capitalistas centrais e periféricos nos últimos anos.The primal and universal European systems of social protection have suffered successive "reforms" during the last decade. Such reforms have altered their progressive and redistributive structure fundamentally. This article aims at explaining and showing the main trends of changes after the successive manifestations of the capital crisis that has struck central and peripheral capitalist countries recently.
