Abstract

Minimally invasive surgery (MIS) by the anterolateral approach with the patient in supine position is described in this chapter. The approach is a muscle preserving modification of the conventional Watson-Jones approach [1]. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
