Data communication method in collaborative process planning

Abstract

Collaborative process planning is the application of computer supported cooperative Work (CSCW) in the field of CAPP, which provides a collaborative work environment for workers through computer, network and collaborative tools. Real-time updating and synchronization is the key to realize collaborative process planning. The key technology of real-time updating and synchronization is the communication mechanism. The data communication method and flow of collaborative process planning system are determined, and communication mechanism is established in this paper based on the study of collaborative process planning and network communication to ensure synchronous and real-time transmission of collaborative process planning.
