Until the acts of terror against the World Trade Towers and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, George W. The differences can be usefully highlighted by contrasting his pre- and post-9/11 performance in the realms of public communication, organizational capacity, political skill, policy vision, cognitive style, and emotional intelligence.
