Abstract

Pandawa Hill is Located in Jering Sleman Yogyakarta. It is one of Hill who formed by Diorite Intrusion (Miocene) and Intruded Claystone of Nanggulan Formation ages Eocene. The lithology (rock type) found in this area is the Eocene age of the Nanggulan Formation (around 42-39.4 million years ago), breccia from the Oligocene Kebo-Butak Formation (33.9-23.3 million years old the past and the youngest are Early Miocene diorite intrusive igneous rocks (around 25.2-16.2 million years ago). The geological structure that developed in the study area was in the form of solids (fractures) and faults. The geological structure in the form of stocky has a general direction around the E-W, S-N, NE-SW and NW-SE. The geological structure in the form of a fault has the general direction of the fault field relative to the NE-SW.The The geological structure can be trigger of landslides with a wedge in the form of stocky with the NE-SW and SE-NW direction. Based on Slope Stability Analysist A-F, it is found to be stocky with intersecting directions forming a wedge-shaped avalanche. There are rock outcrops of Eocene whose existence must be protected and potentially can be developed into geoheritage. In this Area will be planned the Construction of Simple Housing are Integrated with Geological Tourism Object.
