This study aims to obtain precise data and information about themombesara tradition through the Kalo sara in Tolaki tribal marriage. The benefits of this research are expected to enrich the written literature of Tolaki culture, as a practical guide in Tolaki traditional marriage, preserve the culture of the Tolaki tribe and can be used as a comparison for further researchers. This type of research is field research in which the researcher directly collectsdata and information from informants in the field. The data of this research are data spoken by the traditional spokesperson (pabitara), adat stakeholders (puutobu), and local government (pamarenda). Sources of data in this study are sourced from several informants (pabitara). Using qualitative research methods, data collection techniques used in this study are recording techniques, note taking and elicitation techniques. While the data analysis technique is a descriptive analysis technique, which describes every expression used by the pabitara during the traditional wedding ceremony. The results obtained fromthis study are (1) the implementation of themombesara tradition in Tolaki tribal marriage, (2) mombesara moawo pesuko / moawo niwule, (3) mombesara mesokey, (4) mombesara mepoteeniako, (5) mombesara mowea, (6) ) mombesaramowindahako.
