Abstract

Ketangguhan  suatu perusahaan atau organisasi sebagian besar ditentukan oleh keberhasilan karyawan yang akan jadi tiang utama bagi kekar berdirinya perusahaan atau organisasi tersebut. Jadi maksud penelitian ini untuk pemahaman dan jalan keluar mengenai tentang bagaimana cara mempertahankan dan menaikkan kemampuan karyawan dalam untuk bersaing di tingkat Asia maupun internasional. Dalam penelitian ingin menjelaskan tentang pengaruh stress kerja dan motivasi serta akibatnya  pada kinerja karyawan Kwarnas (Kwartir Nasional) Pramuka. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa stress kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kwartir Nasional Gerakan Pramuka. Adapun masukan yang penulis sampaikan yaitu diharapkan adanya pembagian beban tugas antar karyawan dan unit kerja dapat dibagi sesuai jabatan dan tanggung jawab semua karyawan agar menimbulkan pengaruh yang positif, karena di antara para karyawan menjadi saling mendukung dan diharapkan peraturan perusahaan dapat lebih fleksibel mengatur pemberian reward sesuai dengan kompetensi dan kinerja agar karyawan merasa diperlakukan secara adil. Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja, stress kerja  ABSTRACT The resilience of a company or organization is largely determined by the success of employees who will be the main pillar for the solid establishment of the company or organization. So the purpose of this research is to understand and find solutions regarding how to maintain and increase the ability of employees to compete at the Asian and international levels. In this research, we want to explain the effect of work stress and motivation and its consequences on the performance of Scout Kwarnas (National Kwartir) employees. The results of the study found that work stress and work motivation together had a significant effect on employee performance in the National Scout Movement Kwartir. As for the input that the author conveys, namely it is expected that there will be a division of workload between employees and work units that can be divided according to the positions and responsibilities of all employees so that it creates a positive influence, because among employees they support each other and it is hoped that company regulations can be more flexible in regulating reward according to competence and performance so that employees feel they are treated fairly. Keywords: employee performance, work motivation, work stress.
