Abstract

Piston is an engine component that form the combustion chamber together with the cylinder block and cylinder head. The piston moves up and down to carry out the engine's work cycle and forward the power to the crankshaft. This study aims to compare th e Standard Piston and Semi Racing Kit Piston Fim. The variables in this study are engine compression and fuel consumption. The results show that the use of the Semi Racing Kit Fim Piston has the highest engine compression compared to the Standard Piston, while the Fuel Consumption, the Standard Piston spends more fuel than the Semi Piston Racing Kit Piston.
