Abstract

The factors that affect the operation efficiency of the intelligent warehousing system are diversified, and it is easy to fall into the local optimal solution if only a unilateral research on a certain problem. Therefore, collaborative optimization study of order, location and route in warehouse system will be considered in this paper. Firstly, the rules of similarity between items based on historical inbound and outbound information is studied based on the Cosine Similarity Algorithm. Secondly, Ant Colony Algorithm is used to obtain the optimal outbound path for each storage location. Based on the two calculated factors, an Simulated Annealing Genetic Algorithm (SAGA) is proposed for the cooperative optimization of order, storage location and path. Finally, the proposed outbound strategy is used to verify different goods placement strategies, which proves the effectiveness of the collaborative optimization strategy.
