Abstract

The author begins trying to elucidade the concept of love and sex. He affirms that love is a human function developed through millennium equally as language. The environment and cultural apprenticeship will develop love. Sex is an animal instinct equal of any other animal. Sex is always attached to pleasure. Love is attached to protection and to give confort to life in a broad sense (biological and sociological life). The most abstract and developed type of love is when people search to protect human rights, ecology and religious ecumenism in a broad sense.
