Abstract

As enterprises are complex systems involving both human and technological aspects and are highly influenced by the environment in which they operate, architecting an enterprise and the information systems that support its functioning is not an easy task. In the usual way of working, enterprise information systems development is guided by strategy development, programme management and Enterprise Architecture [72].
