Abstract

he purpose of this study was to determine the level of parental satisfaction with the services provided by TK Aisyiyah 8 City of Bandung. The research method used was descriptive analytical with the number of population who were the subjects of the study were 14 parents of students in group B TK Aisyiyah 8 City of Bandung. As a measurement tool used in this study is based on five dimensions, namely the tangiable, reliability, responsive, assurance, and empathy dimensions. The results show that all shows positive results, except for the ability of the tool or learning media (tangiable), the ease of parents obtaining the teacher's cellphone number (reliability) and the skill of the headmaster in organizing his institution (Assurance), showing a negative attitude of 49%. This can be used as feedback material so that improvements can be made while the aspects chosen by parents are good, it is expected to continue to be maintained and maintained aspects of satisfaction that are positive
