Abstract

Making strategic plan of universities has a crucial influence on the development of universities. In this paper, we analyzed the influence of informationization on the goals and styles of universities, and discussed some problems of collecting teaching resource and implementing strategic plan for achieving the goal of universities. According to concrete conditions of regional universities, we proposed some recommendations, such that facing up the varieties and challenges result from informationization, seizing the opportunities of informatization, and promoting the fast development of universities. © Springer Science+Business Media Dordrecht 2014.
