Technological and social changes create pressure for change in organizations. Employee education and development is one of the critical factors for the sustainability of organizations. The degree of disruption brings ever more demanding and more specific topics that organizations cannot solve independently. The need for cooperation in the area of education and personal development is also essential. This chapter presents particular findings of our research. Our research presents the results of a sample survey of 908 companies operating in Slovakia and the Czech Republic and focuses on selected forms of cooperative employee education.
