In this paper discusses the properties and methods of obtaining graphene. The processes and mechanisms of graphene formation under the influence of femtosecond laser radiation in liquid nitrogen are considered. Experimental schemes of laser-induced graphene exfoliation in liquid nitrogen are presented.
