Genetic types of copper mineralization in the Igarka area, west of the Siberian platform.

Abstract

The distribution of the Cu mineralization associated with the Vendian red beds is discussed. Mineralization is restricted to the zones transitional from red beds to the under- and overlying rocks. Rich ore deposits are associated with carbonaceous matter in the permeable, coarse, clastic red beds near the palaeo-uplift.-R.E.S.
