Abstract

The local televisions they are not oblivious to digital convergence, its competition is wide and extensive. The production they generate cannot remain for a specific audience. Local televisions can take advantage of technologies as a local-global potential, to cover new audiences that are outside the coverage space. This article presents a compilation of arguments described by experts, through the application of semi-structured interviews, these constitute a fundamental methodological instrument of qualitative studies. Among the conclusions it is highlighted that, local television in the field of digital transformation is of the utmost importance, these means allow the articulation of more specialized communities and the connection with the closest problems.
