Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of cold-rolling on the cryogenic mechanical properties of austenitic Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti alloys. Since the cryogenic properties of austenitic alloys are highly sensitive to austenite phase stability, two types of alloys were tested: metastable alloys and a fully stable one.
