Abstract

Modern logistics requires to percept freight containers in-transit status in real time. However, there is a lack of device which can realize in-transit status perception of freight container logistics, or detect all the essential parameters. This article not only constructs freight container logistics in-transit status perception device architecture based on the Internet of Things technology, but also selects type of Multi-sensor. Then designs interface circuit of perception device from the aspects of logistics routes, container integrity, container internal environment and container door status. Furthermore, this article works out communication protocols combined with Multi-sensor information collection process, develops a Freight Containers Logistics In-Transit Status Perception Device (FCLITSPD). FCLITSPD includes Multi-sensor Module, Positioning Module, Control Module, Communication Module, Status Display and Abnormal Identification Module. Container logistics to achieve by these multi-sensor information visual tracking and security in transit.
