Abstract

Following the implementation of bilingual programs in our country, studies were carried out to show their impact on schools and the teaching staff, to guarantee quality education all contexts. A case study was carried out in a charter school, due to the initiative of the orientation department and the school directors, to investigate the changes occurring and the teachers perceptions, to cater to the needs and challenges for an optimal program. To achieve this aim, semi-structured surveys were carried out for all the teachers involved in Science, both in Primary and Secondary Education. These surveys were obtained in two different steps of the implementation process. The responses were categorized and analyzed through Systemic Networks and show the process of change in the students by focusing on methodologies, the integration of ICT resources, the insufficient use of experimental activities in Science and the need for coordination among teachers, different subjects and continuing education for staff.
