Abstract

In a recent issue of Molecular Cell, Matiuhin et al. (2008) reveal how the ubiquitin receptor Dsk2 becomes deleterious to cells and that it is kept in check by Rpn10, which restricts its access to the proteasome. © 2008 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
