Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan truth or dare pada model problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMAN 10 Pinrang pada materi termokimia. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara daring. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Populasi adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMAN 10 Pinrang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak, dimana kelas XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah peserta didik 26 orang dan kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah peserta didik 27 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah pemberian tes akhir hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas control berturut turut sebesar 76,65 dan 63,46. Hasil uji hipotesis Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung (α ,0,05) = 3,156 lebih besar dibanding Ztabel (α ,0,05) = 1,64. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan truth or dare pada model problem based learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMAN 10 Pinrang pada materi pokok termokimia. ABSTRACT This research is a quasi-experimental research which aims to determine the effect of truth or dare games on the problem based learning model on the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA SMAN 10 Pinrang on the subject matter thermochemical. This research is conducted online. The research design used is posttest only control group design. The population is students of class XI MIPA SMAN 10 Pinrang. Sampling is carried out randomly, where class XI MIPA 2 was the experimental class with 26 students and class XI MIPA 3 was the control class with 27 students. The data collection technique is the provision of a final test of learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the analysis showed that the average value of the experimental class students' learning outcomes was higher than the control class, respectively 76.65 and 63.46. The results of the Mann-Whitney hypothesis test showed that Zhitung (α, 0,05) = 3.156 is greater than Ztabel (α, 0,05) = 1.64. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the game of truth or dare in the problem-based learning model has an effect on the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA SMAN 10 Pinrang on the subject matter of thermochemistry.
