Abstract

This paper is based on a narration of the method of political anticipation’s genesis (“A Brief History of Political Anticipation: From a Man’s Talent to a Method” in Appendix). This narration indeed provides the raw material from which to empirically deduct some principles and mechanisms for a “method of political anticipation” with the intention to highlight the specific assets and added-value of LEAP’s method to the topic of Anticipation as a whole. Transversally, the paper will focus on and provide arguments to the human dimension of Political Anticipation whose concept, aims, and method appear as a humble but meaningful contribution to a humanistic approach of future sciences.
