Abstract

Industrial Product-Service-Systems (IPS2) represent highly specificcustomized products with integrated development of product and serviceshares. Due to the multiplicity of customized IPS2 that are usedparallel the responsible person has to be supported in the planning ofthe IPS2 delivery over the life-cycle. This support must be two-stage.At first the automated aggregation of the single resources requirementsto the best possible total resources requirement is done considering thecustomer related boundary conditions. Thereupon the total resourcesrequirement is analyzed in detail regarding the intensity of planning ofeach resource. The intensity of planning in this context specifies howintense. the responsible person has to address himself to whichresource.This article describes basic methodic approaches to execute thenecessary planning steps that can constitute fundamentals for acomputer-aided implementation.
