During the course of a systematic search for low surface brightness Milky Way satellite galaxies we have discovered a previously unidentified stellar overdensity in the Sloan Digital Sky Survey. This overdensity has all the hallmarks of an extremely faint Dwarf Spheroidal companion which we designate boo. The object is consistent with an old (∼12 Gyr) metal-poor ([Fe/H] ≃-2.0) population at a distance modulus (m-M)=18.9±0.5 mag. We estimate a total magnitude for boo of MV∼ -3.1±1.1 mag and a half-light radius of rh∼72±28 pc.
