Abstract

Wireless Sensor and Actuator Networks can be used to detect and classify ephemeral distributed events, where different process components with different behaviours are involved. Agents implementing Distributed Artificial Intelligence techniques are a key value in improving the overall system's performance. This paper proposes a general WSAN Multi-Agent based architecture for robust supervision and fault tolerant control. © 2011 IFIP International Federation for Information Processing.
