Abstract

Entrepreneurship education in basic education is a topic of interest in educational systems because trough it children can learn and appropriate theoretical and practical content from the business world and it is a key element for them to develop transversal skills that are useful in other aspects of their life, highly demanded in the labor sector and that provide the basis for training as responsible citizens. The objective of the document is to show that children in vulnerable contexts are able to learn entrepreneurship issues and apply transversal skills. An educational intervention was developed in a multigrade primary education group belonging to a children's home, in which topics on entrepreneurship education were addressed. The results show that it is possible to work on entrepreneurship education issues at an early and that children are able to develop and apply eight transversal skills.
